History

Seoudi family is originally based in Delta where they used to work in the agriculture and farming fields from the very beginning.
In the 40’s, they started to focus on crops planting as a start of their agriculture business.

Following the government plans for land reclamation, Seoudi family expanded in their land ownership and started planting fruits & vegetables beside crops.

Agreements were made with the biggest merchants & distributors who export to Europe to provide them with our products.
This put more liability on us to produce the highest quality to meet the international exporting standards.

This was the beginning of a new era where we founded Egyfarm as a specialized company for managing all our agriculture activities.
By this time, we also started exporting our products directly to the biggest suppliers all over the world.

This was our year of real expansion, starting by merging with big Saudi companies as Sisban Holding & Tatweer Holding followed by signing with Grapa to be a certified company allowed to export Early sweet grapes to Europe and finally owning our own Packhouse where we control the whole process and have our R&D department.

Egyfarm introduces a new stream by planting palms to accommodate the high demand on Medjool & Barhi dates.
We also created a special computerized system for controlling our palms’ breeds, history, origins and quality of dates.

We founded a facility management company where we started renting and managing other farms to increase our production.

Launching our new brand “FRESCO” to accommodate the high market supply and to introduce a wide range of products to different markets.
